Insecure?

The same moment I heard that a blog had become a necessity to this class, I became uneasy. I had had no intentions of posting my personal thoughts on the World Wide Web, also now known as the Internet. Prone to hackers able of making changes to my works, stalkers who could know my deepest secrets, or whatever else that the internet may impose, I felt that my thoughts were insecure. After all, the accessibility to this web page is not difficult to obtain; it only requires the specific URL printed on top of this page. Therefore, I named my title "My Thoughts: Caught in the Net or Stuck on a Web", whereas the Net and Web have double meanings. The Net could be a shortened version of "internet" or a net in its literal form. Similarly, the Web could be a shortened version of the World Wide Web or a web as like those made by spiders. The web and net therefore being symbols of “helplessness”. Primarily, I had thought that this was the case and my title serves solely as a purpose to express my disposition of posting my thoughts on the web or net; however after some thought, the title may also imply that one is addicted to posting on this blog as if “stuck to a web”. Either way, I will let the reader decide what the title represents, as we had discussed in class that literature is trivial and depends on a person’s perspective. Who knows, maybe someone saw a third meaning behind the title, not already mentioned above.
